Executive Coaching can follow on from leadership development programmes, to support leaders who are beginning to make changes in their approach and behaviour. Or it can act as a stand-alone intervention to support a newly appointed leader. Each situation is different. So, rather than following a set process, Executive Elect works with each individual and organization in order to address their unique challenges. Our coaches are committed to European Mentoring and Coaching Council (EMCC) standards and are professionally supervised.

Topics that often come up in coaching conversations include:-

  • How do I keep my team motivated when we are faced with relentless change and time pressures?

Over a period of up to a year, totally confidential coaching sessions, focus on the client’s particular business challenges. Coaching sessions can be held either face-to-face or on the telephone.
