Recent Projects:

  • Working with an associated Development Company to deliver three nine-month-long Leadership programs for a major Engineering Client, including Workshop Modules, Action Learning Sets and Executive Coaching. Bespoke 360 feedback instruments were used to measure participant’s progress over the period.
  • Assessing key players within Investee companies on behalf of a leading Venture Capitalist, using personality questionnaires, ability tests and targeted referencing as part of their due diligence process.
  • Coaching Senior Civil servants with the use of feedback collected from their peers, managers and reports by telephone.
  • Co-facilitating a major change initiative in the Lottery sector, including skills development events for the Leaders & ‘Change Enablers’ and rolling out a series of change awareness modules across all sites.
  • Working with a Financial Services Contact centre to develop a ‘feedback culture’ by co-delivering a series of workshops across all employees.


The management training programme we were looking for, had to have immediate face value and equally importantly, cause attendees to display their learning back on the job. Crucially Executive Elect talked to our directors, gaining their buy-in, producing a training course which ticked all the boxes. The result was satisfaction all round..
